Instructions for Budget Form:

Fill out in its entirety, and upload to the budget section of the AIECP27 application.

The requested amount for the AIECP27 is $10,000. At least 50% of the grant funds must be utilized towards Artist/Teacher/Teacher Assistant fees.

In the Project Budget line input the estimated cost for the project.

In the AIECP27 Requested Support line input the projected $10,000 across choreographer fee/curriculum development and teaching artists fees. The remaining funds must be used on studio and performance rental fees.

In the Other Financial Support line include any other funding received for the project and its allocation.

Include any in-kind support and its allocation in the project.

The form will add and subtract the total amounts for each category automatically.

A mid-term updated budget and a final budget with a narrative will be requested if any changes occur throughout the project.
Instructions for Budget Narrative
To better understand your project budget and grant request we ask that you provide a narrative that explains how you arrived at the figures you have entered in your budget form. In the narrative, please address each item in a column before moving to the next. Example:
Column 1: Curriculum Development – I estimate $1,000 for my approximately xx hours of curriculum development.
Column 2: I will be paying $50/hr. to 4 teachers for 15 hours of teaching for a total of $1,500. I am requesting $500 from Danse Mirage Foundation and have received a grant from xxx for the other $1,000.
Column 3: Be as specific as in Column 2
Column 4: I am receiving free use of the xxx Dance Studio as in-kind support for the xx hours of rehearsal.
Proceed with the remaining columns as shown above.
Upload the narrative in the project budget narrative section of the AIECP27 application.
Instructions for Annual Budget Form:
Provide Company's annual budgets for Arts in Education programs for the year 2024-25 and the estimated annual budget for 2025-26. Use round numbers.
